  1. watch some toddler movies like disney cartoons. and give them a cute little homemade snack, they should enjoy that.

  2. Baby Einstein videos, Veggietale Movies

    Play hide and go seek

    Color/Drawing/STICKERS!

  3. Pick their favorite Pixar movie, pop some popcorn, and serve some juice boxes.  If it's later at night, you could let them line sleeping bags up on the floor and watch TV from their "beds."

Sweet, simple, and they will love it!

  4. EEK!  3 year olds will most likely NOT sit through any movies.  Three year olds are very physically active, but you can try "story-time" and have them sit in a circle with you telling the story and holding the book up so they can see the pictures.  You can try a coloring station, where there is a table set up with coloring books and a bazzillion crayolas (so they don't have to fight over colors..) OH, and they LOVE playdough.  It's a little messy, but hey, whatever keeps them occupied, huh? :)  Set that out with a bunch of plastic gadgets to mush and push shapes with it.  Have fun!

  5. Do a "real" version of a kid's show like "Blue's Clues" or "Dora, The Explorer" where you have them find clues or travel along the house to "Grandma's House" or whatever.  Lots of fun, especially after watching an episode.

If you're looking for a straight, just-to-watch movie, then I suggest anything from Pixar, or anything with animals.  It seems as though "Nemo" and "Cars" are the biggest hits around here.

  6. play with him.. then watch a kiddie movie.. like the shows you let him watch on TV i duno if a 3 yr/old is ready for movies like toy story.. maybe im not sure

  7. Play games! Dolls, cards, make believe house, watch movies under a tent that you guys build- they'll love that.

  8. duck duck goose, playing with toy cars, throwing a ball into a basket... litterally everything entertains them. no sweat, if you dont know what to do just let them play with barbies or something :]

    hope it helped!

  9. Watch toddler movies mine enjoy cartoons rather than live action.  Go the the library and get some If you are looking for non movie activites then color, play outside, make a fruit loop neclace. I would recomend AGAINST hide and seek, most 3 yr olds don't really understand it.  Kids love to just play with other kids toys so get some action figure toys (mcdonalds like happy meal toys, etc) and let them have at it. If you can take them to the park.

If it is a late movie night I would suggest putting a movie in for ya'll to watch, (make sure it is something you can stand but works for them as well... nemo or cars are GREAT) and then sit back and enjoy.

  10. How fun! Anyways, have the kids make little movie tickets so that they can get in the "movie theater." Before they come, set the theater up. Make it dark or dimmed, and arrange the chairs like it's the real theater. Also, consider a theme. If you're watching Finding Nemo, snacks should include Goldfish crackers, gummy sharks, etc. Create art or crafts before or during the movie, such as drawing their favorite characters from the movie. Be creative!

  11. You mean movies for them to watch. Johnny Depp Chocolate factory, finding nemo, Snow Buddies, Toy Story I and II etc.

    Make a fort

    Play dough

    bubbles

    Finger painting

  12. If it's a superhero-type film, try making construction paper masks with the kids.  Let them color, glitter and paste the designs and then glue it to a large popsicle stick.
