What movie to rent?????????

ok so i want a movie that the story is something like that one person wants another one and wants to be with them or if they broke up and hes trying to get her back or something and he keeps trying and trying to get her back no matter what. thats the most important thing that i want to be in the movie but also if theres one out there with this ending like the person keeps trying and trying and he tries for years and he dies trying to get her love or get her love back and maybe she realizes that she shouldve been with him once hes dead

I can't tell you anything with the exct story line , but " THe NOtebook" and "serendipity" are great lovies that come any where near close that I know of!
