  1. get one that has no wheat, corn , sugar ect no additives. read the label and find one that suits what you are trying to treat. i don't know of a specific name.

  2. Thaimine (Vit B1) helped my son. It's not a multivitamin but it helped alot.

  3. If you are not getting the nutrition you need from your diet, I wouldn't recommend taking pills as supplements.  Our bodies absorb maybe 15% of what is actually in the pill.  Liquid form is much better as the absorption rate is closer to 90%.  There is a product that will help you to meet most of your daily vitamin/mineral needs as well as add in some fiber and all of the omega complex.  Check out these links for more info.  The first site is mine and will tell you about my qualifications to give this advice, the second site is not mine but a place where you can purchase this product.  Good luck.

  4. Liquid calcium is a must.  Deficiency in calcium can lead to depression, insomnia, anxiety, high blood pressure (hypertension), panic attacks, irritability, less dense bones, bad teeth and hair.

Also take a multi vitamin that is time released so that you get an even distribution throughout the day.

  5. Vitamins will not improve appetite.  The person needs to see their doctor to find out why appetite is down.  Could be infection,  depression, low thyoid, etc etc etc.

  6. take the multi that has everything in it and i for somebody that has a lack of appetite
