the absolute best multi vitamin out there hands down is INTRAMAX.  I am taking it instead of prenatal vitamins. My doctor approved it too. It has over 400 vitamins and it's a sub lingual too so  you absorb more of them.

i had gastric bypass, and have to take both.. it is easier to just buy for a couple of bucks a bottle of b12 and get the correct amount.  check out Walgreens.. they have many brands that often run bogo...
