  1. ur legs & arms.

  2. you use your legs alot.  Mostly your calves, quads, and hamstrings.  You also use your hitting shoulder, abs(core), back and pecks.  If you have those upper body strenghts you should be a really hard hitter.

  3. Yeah almost... all muscles!!!  Probably, legs

muscles are the strongest part of the body!

  4. Mainly your legs

  5. shoulders... and legs

cuz u run... and all the muscle comes from the strength of ur shoulder if u think about it

  6. Basically Everything.

Use your core (abs and Back) to penetrate when you block and get a good armswing. Use your shoulders sooo much. Use your hamstrings and your calf muscles to jump and stay low on defence. Arm muscles to hit the ball.

  7. Pretty much everything.

Shoulders - When you hit and block

    Wrists - setting

    Thigh Muscles - Jumping, passing

    Calves - jumping

    Abbs - Everything

    ect.

  8. your thighs and calves, your ankles (jumping, diving, chasing a ball, squatting for the ball, and somewhat even setting) you triceps and biceps (passing, hitting, serving, setting) , your wrists, (setting, hitting, serving) your abs (hitting)

  9. a lot of them! people might think that it's only your legs since you're always low and jumping.. but that's not the case at all! i mean sure, leg muscles are a huge part of it, but so is core strength (abs, back, obliques) and arm strength. core strenght is a huge one though.. so mainly your core and your legs, but you have to have strong arms too.

ask anyone who's a power or middle, or anyone who jumps a lot.. they'll know what im talking about! after a day of a tournament, my core is always sore!

so i guess.. muscles.. would be abs, back, obliques, quads (inner and outer), calves and hamstrings.

  10. Depends on your position. (Mainly Legs and Abs)

Abs- Keep your body & the ball under control.

    Serving:

    Abs- gives power behind serve

    Arms- swinging

    Jump Serving:

    Above

    Legs- Jump & Power

    Abs- Control the ball

Laughing with your team mates- LOTS of Abs!!

  11. almost all kinds of muscles.
