Question:

What muscle groups are worked out by running and power walking?

I'm a really intense athlete and I'm making my own summer cross-training schedule. I want to make sure that I include all of the muscle groups (and individual muscles) in my work outs. I can't find any really good information about which muscle groups are worked out with running and power walking, so if anyone has any idea please let me know! Thank you!

  2. By running you work your thigh and knee muscles but you mostly work your muscles near your femur. And your femur is a bone in your thigh.
