  1. your hamstrings

  2. volleyball is a every muscle sport

  3. Shoulder mucsels mainly. I threw my arm AND shoulder out serving so hard. I'm a very short person, but I have a powerful serve. It hurts after a while if you fracture it, or pull a mucsel. Its harder to serve mostly, but passing and setting is fine.

    But mostly shoulder mucsels.

  4. You use your legs when you dig! You use your arms and legs when you set cause you push upward with them! And when you spike you use your abs, arms and legs!

  5. You need good legs to move quickly when your digging. But when your spiking, it's not how hard you hit the ball it's how fast you swing your arm. My volleyball coach is also a body builder and when he spikes the ball it's like it's been fired from a cannon, but with good control and percision you can return that ball without getting WILSON printed backwards on your face. Control is key.
