  1. Alot of the controll is actually leverage because your kind of leaning down on the persons head. The muscles that control them are your biceps to pull their head in and your lats which help your biceps. Your hips also help control your oppenent when you want to swing them around.


  2. the entire back in order to effectively control the person and keeping those hips in to avoid knees. Shoulders because the person is constantly trying to out position u and it burns the shoulders like h**l. Chest muscles because ur keeping ur elbows in tight to avoid upper cuts and also to avoid them getting the better position. and biceps because ur holding the persons head close to ur body so that hes at an angle where kneeing him would be easy. Abs and obliques only because u hafta be able to take knees and swing him around so that his arms flare out to keep balance so u have a shot at kneeing him.
