What muscles does bicycling build?

So, what muscles does bicycling build, and is it a good weight loss exercise? I practically live right next to a lake, so I sometimes ride around it. It's about 4 or 5 miles long and I usually go around 3 times (12-15 miles). So, I'm just wondering what muscles I am building......

  1. If you do hard riding, you will build up your glutes, thighs, and calves, along with your abs, triceps, biceps, heart, and lungs.

    Hip

    Quad

    Hamstring

    Calf

    Gluts

    Secondary muscles

    Bicep
