I've been running a mile a day and only feel it in my legs.

I already have a four pack I just want my thighs more toned.

  1. You should go for bike rides if you want to have your thighs and butt more toned.


  2. yea that definately works...its the best ting u can do..keep it up

  3. it definitely worls out your leg and hamstring muscles but it also allows movement,relaxation and revitilization to all of your bodies muscles.
