  1. All of them. Its a full body workout and its fun too.


  2. Every muscle in your whole body. Swimming if you are actually going fast and hard is the best workout anyone can do.

  3. Upper body ie chest/pecs/shoulders and abs

    Lower body ie thighs/calves/hamstrings

    Pretty much a lean and toned and agile body so overall but concentrate on the major areas.

  4. each stroke is alot different, so it strengthens all muscles. like butterfly i would imagine would help your upperbody the best.
