  1. All of them,

Particularly Tricepts, Latisimus Dorsi, Pectoris Major, Pectoris Minor, Deltoids, Glutesus Maximus, Quadraceps and biceps.

Sprinting uses more brute force and rotation speed of your arms than the efficiency of the entire stroke and "lift". Very little of the speed comes from "lifting" when you start pulling.  Lifting is the idea that your hand produces  a forward thrust like a properller.  Some of the power comes from rotating your body and finishing the pull.  The bulk of the power is from your tricepts when you follow through.

Keep in mind that that there are fast twitch muscle/nerve bundles and slow twitch muscle/nerve bundles. The sprinters can use the fast twitch.

Growing your muscles through weight lifting is not enough. You have to condition your muscles to store large amouts of glycogen too.

So Lift weights, swim slow and long, eat, go to class, eat, swim slow short, practice sprinting, swim slow long, eat, study, eat, jog, shower and go to bed.  Get five to six hours of sleep and start all over.

When you get into serious competition, stop lifting and practice sprinting more.

For 50yards or Meters, you can lose the race by not practicing the start and finish.  This Olympics is a perfect example of that.  Dara didn't start well and lost her gold by a finger tip.  Phelps out-touched to win a gold in the butterfly.
