I am 6'0 tall. I am trying out for volleyball in about 10 days, God knows I'm going to be a Middle Hitter/Blocker in the fall because of my height.I was wondering which muscle groups are the most important for me to train. I would think my shoulders and arms...maybe my core too, but I don't know any good exercises to build these muscles. I know that I can't make much progress in 10 days, but I'm thinking about the long run. Thanks so much :)Peace and love
