The National Anthem which is  "God Save The Queen", and when she has gone and Charles is our king it will be changed to "God Save The King".

and God Save the Queen is the national anthem and is also used in Canada, New Zealand and Australia

Umm, God save the Queen, and in the US, it´s well known as My Country Tis of Thee.  (same melody.  We borrowed it from England).
