  1. CALL INS AND REPORT THEM!!!!!!

  2. It's a complicated and drawn out process.

First the employer must make a good faith effort to fill the job w/ a citizen or legal resident.  This means they need to put an ad in the paper, online etc.

Then they have to apply for an H1-B visa on your behalf and prove that they have tried to hire a US citizen.  They spend a lot of money to do this.

After 9-11, it takes much longer.  If they get you, they will have you by the b*lls and make you work alot or threaten to deport you.

  3. Apparently it is not that hard to do considering current circumstances.

But how about this for a business answer line prompt?

"Welcome to the United States.  Press '1' for English.  Press '2' to be disconnected until you learn English."?

  4. nothing just don't tell the gov anything and you can just pay him 'under the table' and avoid taxes, or you can just hire a citizen and stop supporting illegal immigration
