What muzzle velocity must a airgun reach for skin pierce?

Hi I was wondering what muzzle velocity must a air gun reach for skin piercing?What if I was 2 feet away from a house mouse and I shot it at with a bb gun with 480 fps will that pierce its skin?Or in someone got shot 2 feet away what will have to be the muzzle velocity in order to pierce skin?I am not gonna shoot people I am just curious.What are rodents that can be penatreted by a 480 fps or more bb gun at point blank?

480 with a BB gun (I am assuming metal BBs) yes, that would do it.
