Eliana means my God has answered me and Leanna means Graceful Willow. They are both unique names and Leanna is a variant form of Eliana.

They're both pretty, but I really, really like Eliana... she might not run into other Leannas, but she will run into a few Leannes... Eliana is beautiful, and there aren't likely to be any girls with even similar names.

Leanna's unique? Are you sure? It's almost everybody's middle name in some form or another. I know 6 chicks with it as a first name, too.

I'd stick with Eliana - but people are going to call her Elaina, so be prepared.

I love Leanna. It's a nice length, a pretty meaning, (love them willow trees!), easy to pronounce, and very feminine.
