Nadia Rowan would sound awesome!  Two gorgeous names together can only make things better lol.  I love Nadia, and Rowan is cool and slightly tomboyish, which offsets the super femininity of Nadia really well to me.  Nadia Emilie would sound great as well; it's definitely a little girlier than Rowen.

I really love some of the other choices (especially Yeva) but I'm not really one for names that use more than one -a ending in a row.  It gets a little sing-song-y for me.
