What name do you prefer for a coffee shop? Steamer Joes , Steaming Joes , and or Steamers Coffee?

Thanks. I ask this question earlier with just two of these names above. Several people suggested we use Steamer Joes. Which would you suggest would be better from a marketing prospective?

I love steamer joes, but couldn't you do Steamer Joes Coffeehouse?  Combine them all?  I think they are all catchy tho..... good luck!
