I like Talia.  Very pretty name!  Thalia just reminds me of the singer and I hate when people replace vowels with y's like with Talya, although I know Talya is the Russian spelling.  Talia isn't really that common to begin with so why s***w it up so you can make it more "unique"  It just makes people look stupid and illiterate.

Thalia will be confusing to anyone who wants to pronounce it right when they first read it;  "Th" or "Tuh" with a silent H?

Talya to me reads "Tal yuh".  

But i like the way Talia reads.  I don't know what your intended pronunciation is, but  "Tuh LEE Uh"  or "TAL ee Uh" both sound beautiful.

Talya.  I'm a fan of y's in names, I think they look more feminine.  Just my opinion, could be because my parents spelled my name with an i instead of a y though.
