  1. Ive seen a Chanel store.

  2. You will be able to find all the big designer names out there.  There are loads of shops.

  3. The prices aren't too different of USA, but as the other answer told you, you can buy many local lovely crafts.

About the malls are many, many many, many, many, many, my favorites shopping centers in Cancun are:

    Luxury Avenue

    Kukulcan Plaza

And the best of all is....  La Isla.

In These 3 big malls you can find stores like: Channel, Moschino, Diesel, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Ermenegildo Zegna, Nautica, Soho, Guess, Envy, Bvlgary, Taxco 925, Zara, Versace, Hugo Boss, Dolce & Gabanna, etc, etc etc.

  4. Cancun has much shopping as many like to bring back souvenirs and inexpensive but well designed and made items.  Although, personally, I have not noted Cancun for clothing, unless it is the colorful native clothing, they do have very nice jewelery and unusual items like purses made from blown frogs (real ones).  I also like their onyx chess pieces.  Much of this you can even mail home so you don't have to carry it back and make declarations at the airport.   It is an international city.  Here's a website to help you out.

  5. they have a louis vuitton store over there.

they also have a lacoste store there.

  6. Hi,

Don't expect a great deal of savings in Cancun. There is an American Mall in Cancun, you can shop at a number of very good stores, however, the price tag is not much different than a US Mall.

For local items you can wheel and deal for the price.

    Good Luck.

  7. There is a big new mall in Cancun, as well as another near the Convention Center,  with high-end designer shops.  But the prices are in American dollars, and there isn't really a savings on anything.  Everything was about the same price you'd find here.
