Katie is a nickname, not a name.

Joylynn is madeup. Joy Lynn would be better, and actually is my mum's name.

Mackenzie is masculine. Mac means SON OF.

Katie is corny, joylynn is yucky, Elyse is an unusual name, Mackezie is weird and besides it sounds like a boy's name. Marina means a beautiful mermaid, actually it's a title of a movie about a mermaid here in the Philippines. So I suggest Marina

Marina sounds like a sauce.  I love KATE, but you wrote Katie in which Kate could be nick-name.  Joylynn is unusual and she'd probably be asked to repeat her name quite often, even if it's a middle name.  Elyse is uncommon, but nice.  Mackezie sounds like a boys name, but if you meant Mackenzie, that's cute too.  She could go by Kenzie for short.  I like my name personally and it's Abigail Beth.  If I have a daughter, I'd like to name her Kate and if it's two girls or a boy, the other name would be Sam for Samantha (girl) or Sammy (boy).
