well as far as a chain as opposed to a privately owned restauruant...I'd say around here it would be The Outback Steak House.

Ruth's Chris seems to be very popular but i am not sure if they are only east coast.

Prime Quarter.  Nice cuts of meat that you grill yourself.  Good atmosphere, good meat.

Hard to find a chain that's Nationwide.........I prefer RibEyes and don't know of a chain that specializes in them so grill my own :)
