From my personal experiences, here are some of the laziest nationalities--

Saudi Arabians-as a teacher I found most (NOT all!) never bothered to do homework.  Relative to other nationalities little inclination to listen or focus in class. Lazy.

its obviousley the pakistanis. they move to a developed country like england or canada and they think they can turn it into pakistan. they dont care about the new laws, and once they have a job they think they can sit and do nothing all day. and when someone appeoaches them about this, they get accused of racial discrimination. its rediculous. they are leeching off of all the good countries of the world. thats why they are the laziest in the world. and the most racist.
