Based on my avatar picture that you see on the upper left portion, what kind of nationality or ethnicity would I pass for? Juz wana know your opinions. No right or wrong answers here. Thanks in advance.

I think you shouldn't care what other people think and say.  You should respect and embrace whatever nationalities (in their exact percentages) that you were born with!  I would say what you want to hear but I'm not sure what that is.  I suspect that if you want to appear more black then you could always adjust your persona in such a way that you fit in more with the dark skinned crowd- or vice versa.  i hope this is good advice!
