  1. Read Dr. Hulda Clark's book, Cure for all diseases. Diabetes type 1 requires insulin, so keep taking your meds, type 2 can be cured, and type 1 can certainly be improved on.

    Look into Gerson Therapy as well.

    Replace sugar with Xylitol, it does not use insulin for metabolism, and it tastes exactly the same as sugar.

    Also bitter melon balances blood-sugar levels, it is used on prescription in the Philipines Health Care System.

    Also take colloidal silver 3 table spoons per day, and look into Rife sessions.

    Drink Alkali water, read 'The pH Miracle' by Dr. Young.

  2. first order of business is watch your diet and get plenty of good exercise.  Next, watch "natural cures' because diabetes is serious stuff and while there are ways to lower your blood sugar without taking insulin, since your body is producing insulin either inefficiently or erratically, your condition can change from day to day, no matter what you do. Even taking insulin is not a cure all.  To control diabetes, it takes you to take care of yourself diligently.

    This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
