  1. Aside from diet and exercise, there are some herbs that are very beneficial for Blood Pressure. The most popular ones are Fish Oil, Hawthorn Berries, L-Arginine, C12 Peptides (from milk protein casein), Bonito Peptides, and Garlic.

  2. First you need to lose some weight.  Second, you need to modify your diet.  Mainly you must limit the intake of sodium.  If you smoke, quit.  If you drink, limit your intake.  These simple modifications can make a huge difference in your blood pressure.  Also, you can try stress management techniques such as yoga, excersice, aromatherapy, and meditation.  Stress hormones play havoc on heart rate and cardiac output, so keeping them down is a good way to lower your blood pressure.  If none of these work, then talk with your doctor about possible medical treatments like diuretics, beta blockers, and ACE inhibitors.  Drugs should always be a last resort.

  3. Motherwort is amazing for heart problems, and will make you feel and get better

  4. Hawthorn Berry ....L. Crataegus monogyna.

Understand that this is termed a long term herb, it takes about 3months before it really kicks in...but have your B/P monitored...it will fully support your cardiovascular system while it heals

  5. Hi, Acupuncture and herbal medicine can really help.  You probably already have heard that you need to drop some weight.

  6. Drastically reducing your sodium intake will drop your blood pressure.

Also, if you smoke, quitting will reduce it, too.

My mom was on BP meds, then she quit and was able to go off the meds.

My mom's cousin had to go on BP meds and she doesn't smoke, so she reduced her sodium, ate a healthy diet and was off the BP meds in one week.

So, quit smoking, lower your sodium, lower your sugar, increase your fruits and veggies.  You should be good.

  7. massage can help to lower stress levels and blood pressure also aroma therapy oil marjoram meditation and lower your salt intake to as little as possible

Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.

Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
