I have elevated cholesterol and I would like to get it under control. I have changed my diet considerably. I am eating very healthy foods now and I am avoiding junk and non nutritional foods at all costs, including diet soda. I would like to help get it under control even further. Please let me know what I can take to help get the bad cholesterol under control. I have been taking a slight break from the gym this summer, but I will return in September. I know exercise is good. I thank you for all of the good and informative responses in advance. If you do not have a good response, please do not post it. I wouldn't want you to lose 10 points. :-)
