Not just something that you have read or heard about.

Or do you take medication with NO side effects?

  1. I cut down on fats, and exercise more.

You don't have to TAKE something to lower blood pressure.

Thinking that there's some miracle 'alternative' cure is just as stupid as thinking there's always a regular pharmaceutical cure for everything.

    It's the same thing.

  2. I started using a cardiac biofeedback machine called Emwave.  It's on Amazon.  It really does work.

  3. By doing Yogic breathing exercises like Anulom-vilom Pranayam and Kapalabhati, many people have got rid of high blood pressure. Intake of Beetroot/juice  is also said to reduce blood pressure.

  4. Lisinopril= medication

    lower your salt intake

  5. I drink lots of water and cut back on salt. And exercise every morning before breakfast. Also I have found that taking cinnamon oil tablets have really helped my blood pressure come down a bit. It really does help.

  6. Read this article.  It is pretty cool but the important thing to remember that not every treatment works on every person.  This goes for all field of medicine.  That why the last time you went to a medical doctor they told you take this 3x per day for 10 days and if that doesn't work come back in and we will try something else.  That sounds like trial and error...every profession does this but chiropractic gets blamed.  Interesting isn’t it?

  7. Exercise

  8. Alot of weight lifters suffer from high blood pressure from drug use and heavy strain.

We use Hawthorne berry for BP control. It does work, it is safe.

Its not some herbal nonsense, it works, you just need to get the dosing correct and buy good stuff.

Other than that I dont know of anything natural that works.

  9. Garlique, and Hawthorn, Calcium will sometimes help. But if someone is always flipping out it is going to stay high. Exercise does not always help, I exercise but was diagnosed with chronic hypertension. Getting on a anti-anxiety pill has helped me more then anything, if you mellow out as a whole your blood pressure tends to drop as well.
