What natural weapons can i find in the wilderness?

Sticks / Rocks / Deep Water / Pits / Snakes / Fire / Cold ,Heat (Weather) / Poison (Bad water - Ivy -  Food) / you can use animal skin for bow string or setting traps snares.

You can use these in many ways Sticks -1- hit with it -2- sharpen it use pointed end. -3- log can be set up to fall with a trip line.-4 - stakes in the bottom of a hole and so on .

I agree with the others. The quickest and easiest thing for you is a spear\dagger or the like.

Next choice would be making various snares and traps out of saplings, fallen logs, boulders, etc.

Straight Sticks with point = Spear

Rock tied to end of stick = Club

Obsidian Rock flakes + protective handle = Knife

Obsidian Rock flakes + stick = Better spear
