What needs to be done to grease in order to sell it to a bio diesel manufacturer?

I wanted to start up a grease collection company and was wonder if I needed to do anything to the grease or if I could just give it to them. If you gave any addtional inof on this type o business that I would deem useful please let me know because I am only 15 and need all the help I can get
