if igrossed 1750.00 and have 1 tax exemption what will my net pay be after taxes my exemptions are 1-federal 1-state{pa.}

  1. It depends on the pay period: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly? Generally, you can deduct about 27%.

  3. You forgot to say how often you are paid, and that will matter a lot for federal income tax.

    Social security and medicare will be 7.65%, and PA state tax will be 3.07%.

    Depending on where you live in PA, in most places there will be a local tax of 1%.  If you are in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh,  it's considerably more.

  4. Any other deductions? Health insurance, Retirement Fund, Dental, etc?  And, how often are you paid that $1750?
