It is NBC which signed a long term multi million dollar deal with the PGA a few years ago.   The former head of the PGA, Jim Autry was a money hungry commish who signed deals with US clubs to host the events and NBC to line the pockets of the PGA.  The PGA is a seperate organization from the PGA tour which is run by Tim Finchem.
