What new, 2008 street legal motorcycle can you buy with a kick starter?

I don't know of any 2008 motorcycles with a kick-starter.  Most bikes need the electric start to turn them over. Maybe a scooter would have a kick start, their motors are small enought where this is possible.

any custom panhead or knuclehead or shovelhead or evo. I have a 2001 panhead built with Delkron cases kick only.there probably a kick conversion for the twin cam by now.

many customs based off a big twin setup use a kicker, it's all in the transmission, so even an otherwise normal harley with an aftermarket tranny can be a kicker... but the efi bikes still need a battery before they'll ever start, so it's pretty redundant
