  1. Disney always has something in the works, but they are very secretive about it.  So, as of now, I don't know of anything they have going on.  However, Universal is adding a new section to their Islands of Adventure theme park that will be themed after the Harry Potter movies.  I believe they have begun clearing the land and contractors have been bidding the work.  It is rumored that they will have areas themed around Hogsmeade, The castle, and the forrest.
