I just got out of freestyle 1 and going too 2

what next what will i learn i skate the u.s figure skating

and any tips on off ice training

backward edges, inside spirals, toe-loop, waltz jump tap toe waltz jump, and back scratch. (for usfs basic skills)

in my fs2 competition, the mandatory elements were one foot spins, right and left outside spirals, ballet jump, half toe-wally, and half- lutz.
