i don't know about their night clubs, but i see them all the time in my town (60 miles north).  if they don't have beach houses here, they use our hotels, restaurants and spas.  especially in ojai.  oxnard embassy suites always has celebrities there.  it's just because oxnard has so few nice hotels and we aren't ogly like other towns might be.  it's quiet in the channel islands.  they like mrs. olson's coffee hut, too.

The first answerer is funny, lol! Yeah, that would be overkill if all the stars hung out in one club. You're better off seeing them in traffic and at the grocery store (it happens all the time to me).

And by the way, most of us LA people are not fascinated with seeing stars, because we see them all the time. What's the big deal, they bleed and sweat just like us!!

All of them hang out in one place, on Hollywood Blvd, Applebees.

Karaoke starts at 10pm...it's a blast.

They go to clubs like the Viper Room, Le Deux, Area, and Ivar, among others. But don't think you can get in. They have their own entrance, their own VIP area, so the best you can do is catch a glimpse of them as they come in. Unless, of course, you have a few "Benjamins" to throw at the doorman.
