What night is formal night on Royal Caribbean's "Enchantment of the Seas"?

We want to reserve a dinner one night for Chops Grille, but we don't want to miss out on formal night either. So, on a 5 night Western Caribbean cruise, does anyone know what night the formal night is? Also, I hear they have different themes each night, such as Caribbean Night, or Lobster night, so can anyone whos been on the ship let me know what dinners are like each night. This is our itinerary, if it helps...

Day 1- Boat leaves at 5

Day 2- At sea

Day 3- Grand Cayman

Day 4-Cozumel

Day 5- At Sea

Day 6- we return

2nd night out is always formal night....your travel agent should go over the entire itin with you so you are prepared....I would have...If you used the internet,,,,so sad
