Question:

What noodles are used to make tetrazini?

I'm trying to find a recipe for it on VegWeb.com, but I don't know where you can look for specific recipes. Help!

    heres a Turkey recipe.

    If you want vegetarian, omit the turkey and add tofu or other veggies.

  4. Spaghetti is traditional but you can use anything you like except (in  my personal opinion and taste) ravioli and angel hair.

    It's usually made with fowl as the other poster pointed out but I guess you know that already  and have suitbale vegetarian alternatives..

    FYI  it is not an Italian dish but actually American...

  5. Every traditional recipe I've ever seen uses egg noodles.

    But, of course, you may give yourself permission to use any darn noodle you like like ziti, eh?
