What not to say or to say dealing with Vietnam through manufactoring and customer service through India?

I need five things to say and five things what not to say?

..thank you "smiler"..... ok let me give it a try,

1. always be polite even when they are wrong and you are angry..if your not you Will always come out getting the worst of an argument.. 2. bargain hard, but be fair, they know there products and their worth. 3. be advised; even after an agreement, even after the deal is done they will try to re-negotiate[ whats up w/ that]... maybe their preparing for the next deal ???? 4.ask about their family, but dont say anything about their mother [ lol]...5.never walk away from a deal/ negotiation in such a manner that will not allow you to return and do business at a later date[ dont burn your bridges].  6. try and be clear / and precise in what you want / expect [unlike your question posted here, 'right "smiler"].. 7.be fair and honest, do what you say you will do and accept nothing less in return.... and again , dont say anything about their mother !!!

    oh , and thank you for allowing me to answer this question.. it has been quite cathartic.....
