  1. You would have to be winning convincingly in the open(6.0+) level. You also have to be winning convincingly against against Blue-chip players around the US.  


  2. Well if you are female, I would say 6.0-6.5. There are many non-US 14-year olds who play professional ITF tournaments and have beaten 6.5+. I know of a girl who is top 200 in the WTA and is 15.

    And if you are male, I would actually say, 6.0 -6.5 as well. It all depends on how fast your body matures....
