What number can i call?

im having problems getting channels on my converter box i can only get 4 channels 50-1 thru 50-4 thats how my numbers show up.i know im suppose too get more channels than that all other channels says no program or weak signal. i have everything hooked up the way it shows in the instruction book but still just 4 channels.i was wondering if anyone knew a number that i could call for technical support on how to fix this or could someone out there explain too me PLEASE. im going crazy trying to figure this thing out.Thx in advance!! :)

you only get those numbers on your converter box because that is how hdtv displays channels coming from ONE company

for example:

in las vegas NBC broadcasts 5 HD channels

23.1, 23.2, 23.3., 23.4, 23.5   all are nbc locals

if you want to get more than your 50.1-50.4, you will probably need to install a more powerful antenna, or no other local channels are available in your area.
