  1. From Canada, the Intenational Direct Dial code (IDD) is 011.

The country code for England (UK) is 44.

Thus, to initiate a call from Canada to UK , dial 011, then 44, then the number you want to call (including their area code).

  2. i'm pretty sure that +44 is the international dialling code for england. for example if the number started with 020 you would dial 4420.

  3. 0044 then the number but remove the first 0.

For example if the number is 012345 you would dial 004412345.

    Hope this helps!

  4. Mr. VOIP has it right:  From Canada you dial 011 for international, then 44 for the U.K.  You MUST, however, drop the initial zero from the British area code.

So if you have the London number (020) 7222-1234, then you would dial it as 011-44-20-7222-1234.
