What number do you use when you want your number to be unknown when you call someone?

I want to call someone, but I don't want them to pick up what my number is? How do you do this? It's *...?

try *67 or use a pre paid untraceable cell phone or payphone

*67 blocks the number, *69 calls back the last number that calls you if the number that called is unblocked.  These are also all in the front of your local phone book for reference.  Many companies charge for *69 and other things of that nature so it's best to check with your phone provider.
