  2. He will be William V if he keeps his own name.

  3. If you mean what will his regnal number be. If he uses his first name he will be William V (the fifth). He will probably use his first name as his other three names (Arthur Philip Louis) have never been used for a king before and it is traditional to use a name that has been used before.

  4. His father will of course, be King Charles III.

    Unless he chooses to use his other names: Phillip Arthur or George.

  5. William is Second in line for the British Crown after his father Charles. If thats what you mean.
