    You call your energy provider. There will be an emergency number on your bill.

  3. your use of the word 'outage' indicates that you are not from the UK. If you currently live in the UK you would have to call your supplier. There are many such suppliers some of them  'virtual' because of the deregulation. Your billing letters should have such information.

    If it is just that your electricity is off then check with neighbours since it may be just your supply indicating the need for an electrician to locate a fault in your property.

  4. Outage? What is all this american bullsh*t language? Why don't you call it by its proper name, a power cut?
