  1. If you want to call a country in Europe,or anywhere else in the world,from the US you need to know the country code for the country you want to place a call to. Go to www.countrycodes.com to find the code.  Dial 011 before the country code + the country code + the area code + the local number. For example:

    Calling UK  :           011 + 32 + Area Code + Tel #

    Calling Norway:  011 + 47 + Area Code + Tel #

    Check your long distance carrier for rates to avoid a huge bill at the end of the month.

  2. talk about bad grammer...

  3. depends on what country you are calling...look in your phone book..  there should be a list

  4. Here's a useful website: http://www.howtocallabroad.com

  5. "Calling UK : 011 + 32 + Area Code + Tel #"

    32 is actually the country code for Belgium.  The U.K. is 44.

    Some common Western European country codes:

    31 = Netherlands

    32 = Belgium

    33 = France

    34 = Spain

    351 = Portugal

    352 = Luxembourg

    353 = Republic of Ireland

    39 = Italy

    41 = Switzerland

    43 = Austria

    44 = United Kingdom

    45 = Denmark

    46 = Sweden

    47 = Norway

    49 = Germany
