And where is a place each mineral (individually/dually) could be found commonly? NOT in the soil, but like copper in a penny.

  1. There are many elements needed in small amounts, bu general fertilizer purchased in a farm store contains phosphorus, potassium and nitrogen. Nitrogen can be obtained from the air if you have the nitrifying bacteria found on the root nodules of legumes. Potassium is found in Losalt or Nusalt, the salt substitutes for persons on low sodium diets. It is potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride. Phosphorus is found in the heads of matches. If you are wishing to actually trying to feed plants get the mix at the farm store. If you are doing a demonstration, those samples should suffice. You will not find those elements separate, they are reactive and in compounds.

Iron found in nails, calcium found in rocks, milk, magnesium -Milk of Magnesia, sulfur also in match heads
