What nutritional supplements do you you take to enhance your running performance or post-marathon recovery?

I have been evaluating optygen, endurox, and pr1pak. Has anyone else tried these or had success with them?

  3. I'VE USED GATORADE, IRONADE ,ACCELERADE, ALTIMAX AND ELOAD.

    FOR ME PERSONALLY, I LIKED ELOAD HEAT ENDURANCE THE BEST (I'VE YET TO TRY THE RELOAD-POST RUN DRINK)  I FOUND OUT THAT MY STOMACH WAS NOT TOLERANT TO ANY SUGARY SPORTS DRINK.  ALSO, I HAD NO MUSCLES CRAMPING WITH ELOAD.

    I HAVE NOT TRIED THE STUFF YOU MENTIONED, BUT KEEP IN MIND WHEN TRYING NEW STUFF.

  4. lots of gatorade,

    a twice daily "high potency" (as it is called) vitamin from vitamin world

    a smoothie loaded with fruit, protein, juices, and vegetable supplements (premium greens) every morning

  5. anything with oids is good

  6. Are those even natural? I'd recommend going herbal. Black cumin seed oil would be an all rounder, perhaps the best choice.
