Hello there.

So you are asking what oboe would be best to buy?   If you have $5000.00,  you already know they are very expensive instruments...  that is for sure.

The oboe that is considered the best by professionals,  orchestra directors,  professors of oboe and college programs is the Loree.   It is made in France and absolutely one of the loveliest of instruments.  

You cannot get better than Loree... so I will not mention the others.

Well that is a weird question. It seems that you have never owned one before and I'm not sure if you can play one. Anyways it would be smarter to consult a local music instrument store owner or a musical teacher. You probably want something that suits you and your needs and the the supposed ''best'' thing.
